History of the institution
The Sisters started their mission at Fheiss – Jordan in 1995. With the help of God and the generosity of Father Youssef Neemat who donated a piece of land and the cost of building of the social foundation, as well as Dar al-handasah that offered the plans free of charge, this new center for the elderly was built and equipped under the name of “Human Care Home”. It was inaugurated in 1999 under the sponsorship of Queen Rania Al-Abdallah.
It can accomodate 80 beds and the Sisters provide nursing, spiritual, human care as well as entertainment services.
Restoration and rehabilitation
Today, taking into consideration the necessities of the real situation, the Congregation started to complete the current construction in order to include public services that are not available: main entrance and admission, a kitchen with its annexes, a laundry room, a multipurpose room and its annexes, according to the requirements of geriatric homes, and in accordance with approved international standards. The new building also includes the house of the Sisters. With the help of Father Hikmat Haddadin, work is in progress to add a six-bedroom pavilion with their annexes, for elderly priests.
We sincerely hope that the Divine Providence will inspire good hearted people so that the Congregation, can accomplish through them this project, after the completion of the construction of the concrete structure, while relying on the intercession of the Founder and the contribution of people with a noble and generous heart.
