In 1962, the Congregation took charge of the school and dispensary of Kfertay that belonged mainly to Father Philippe Njeim. Twelve years later, the house was returned to its owner because of the impossibility of an apostolate in this uninhabited area. In 1999, Monsignor Njeim, may his soul rest in peace, donated the house to the Congregation and expressed the wish to consecrate it to prayers and spiritual enlightenment. It is worth mentioning that Monsignor Njeim had taken Abouna Yaacoub as his spiritual guide.
The Sisters continue to visit this house for a few days in the summer, devoting time to prayer and rest.
